Lightweight and sturdy, April 10, 2012 By Sarah from NY (New York, NY) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Rubbermaid RM-HSP2 2-Step Lightweight Steel Stool (Tools & Home Improvement) I'm 5'2" so I need a stepladder if I want to reach any of the kitchen cabinets in our Victorian house. This ladder is very lightweight, so it's not a hassle to carry it around the house as needed. It folds down flat, and fits in the space between the fridge and the wall. Unfolds easily, and folds up easily as well. Feels very sturdy when I'm standing on it. I'm very satisfied overall with it.

Slippery on floors, June 11, 2012 By This review is from: Rubbermaid RM-HSP2 2-Step Lightweight Steel Stool (Tools & Home Improvement) This stool is great in all ways except when using it on an uncarpeted floor it will slide right out from under you. I will need to purchase something to put over each leg bottom.

I needed something very sturdy and not too high and this is perfect. We also use it for reaching high shelves, etc, and it works great for that as well. No slipping or sliding, it doesn't budge unless you pick it up to move it.
