I am a full time college student, and highlighting is my life. I bought these cause I couldn't find a replacement for my trusty , german made Staedtler Topstar - a rectangular, tank style highlighter that is a pleasure to use. These slim models don't seem to cover as well, and if you don't get the chisel tip exactly aligned, the highlighting comes out sloppy. Since many texts are now softcover, and I like to study in my easy chair, this makes neat highlighting nearly impossible. Ok in a pinch, but I will buy another Staedtler when mine finally runs out.

This is by far the BEST highlighter I've come across. It is a nice bright yellow, and I can use it right after I write something and it doesn't bleed or smear the ink. Highly Recommend this product!!
