I put it in front of my kitchen sink and workspace. With 9 grandchildren I am on my feet cooking a lot! This mat really saves my back and knees as it 'gives' a little. Spills wipe up easily and dries back to its wonderful shine.I love the quality of it too as it has shown NO signs of scratching. I have a bar chair sitting on it and it gets moved a lot and N0 scratches. No cracking from sitting in it also. Just perfect for the kitchen.
