Not a second time, August 16, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Lorell Standard Low Pile Chair Mat (Office Product) The plastic mat is very inferior to others I've bought at approximately the same price. The material is very thin and soft so the chair causes large indentations in the mat. I bought a low pile rug from Wal Mart for the mat to lay on, so it's not the type of carpet which is causing this mat to be incompetent. It will soon crack and be worthless. I am very disappointed. Not only did I waste approx. $50.00, I also now have reluctance with a process I once relied on. I don't understand when retailers' take advantage of consumers, they don't get return purchases and the publicity is negative.

Satisfactory chairmat, July 12, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Lorell Standard Low Pile Chair Mat (Office Product) I think maybe my carpet is a bit more padded than what this chairmat was intended for, so my office chair has left some indentations on it. It's a decent mat, but there is some give to it if your carpet has any padding underneath.
