I've owned a Mr. Slim for 5 years it worked for only the first 3� years, then the trouble started, nobody, I mean nobody was able to fix it, not the people I purchased from or the Mitsubishi diamond star repair department, be advised these are throw away units and are less reliable then a good window AC unit, the big advantage is they are quiet.
