This is the only ionizer company that will customize your filtration based on the type of contaminants they find in your local water report. I received my unit + custom pre-filters within a week of placing the order. The technical support department kindly walked me through installation over the phone even though I later found a step-by-step installation video on their website.
I'm very happy with my Life 9000. I've noticed faster recovery times after my work outs when hydrating with alkaline water. I also cook with alkaline water and my family tells me things taste better.
