I initially purchased this product at the end of 2006. I have learned the hard way that Bosch will more than make up for any possible (and alleged) savings when their equipment breaks down! I have just spent close to $600, between parts and service to fix a stupid plastic component of the machine. Their warranty was only for two years. Also, you will spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to reach a live person at customer support. I am totally disappointed and will never recommend anything this company has to offer anymore.
